ON Cell Technologies was founded by Oliver Nimon, a mechanical engineering student at the University of Tennessee. Focused research into lithium half-cell construction evaluated hundreds of combinations of hardware configurations, materials, and assembly techniques.
This work led to the optimized process that forms the technical foundation of ON Cell Technologies. Initial testing is conducted in collaboration with Coulometrics in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
