Privacy

Information submitted through the quote form is used to evaluate project inquiries, communicate with prospective customers, prepare quotations, and administer testing projects. ON Cell Technologies does not sell inquiry data.

Please do not transmit proprietary formulations, confidential attachments, or sensitive technical files through the initial public quote form.

Confidentiality

Nondisclosure agreements are available before proprietary material information or confidential technical details are exchanged. Customer-identifying information and project results will not be publicly disclosed without authorization.

Data ownership and retention

Customers own project-specific test data generated from their materials. ON Cell Technologies may retain secure archival copies for traceability, quality control, recordkeeping, and future customer support. Any broader use of anonymized customer data must be addressed in the applicable project agreement.

Sample submission and acceptance

ON Cell Technologies currently accepts one-sided coated electrode sheets only. Raw active-material powders and double-sided coated electrodes are not accepted.

Customers must provide photographs before shipping. Samples should be packaged with desiccant, protected from moisture and physical damage, clearly labeled, and exhibit minimal coating peeling or delamination.

ON Cell Technologies may reject contaminated, moisture-damaged, delaminated, bent, scratched, unsafe, improperly packaged, undersized, or otherwise unsuitable samples. Damage occurring before receipt remains the customer’s responsibility.

Payment terms

Standard payment terms are 50% before testing begins and 50% upon delivery of final results. Alternative terms may be agreed in writing for specific projects.

Testing, failure, and material performance

ON Cell Technologies guarantees execution of the agreed preparation, assembly, testing, and reporting process; it does not guarantee that a customer material will achieve a particular capacity, efficiency, cycle life, or other performance result.

If a cell fails because of an identified internal preparation or assembly issue, a replacement will be constructed and tested at no additional charge. When properly constructed replicate cells fail because of the customer-supplied material, those failures are treated as valid test results and reported.
